Braemore: A Cary Residential Community
Ashton Woods has officially broken ground on Braemore, a new residential community in Cary and the homebuilder’s first development in the area. The project kicks off with a four-bedroom model home, expected to be completed by mid-June.
Braemore is located near N.C. 540 (Triangle Expressway), close to Green Level Church Road and McCrimmon Parkway. Once complete, the community will feature 60 single-family home sites. Ashton Woods plans to offer six distinct home designs, with pricing starting in the low $500,000s. The builder is currently accepting early reservations for premium lots.
Braemore is part of Ashton Woods’ continued growth in the Triangle, where the builder is actively developing homes in 11 other communities across Raleigh, Durham, Apex, and Hillsborough.
