New Commercial, Lab Office Space in Holly Springs Business Park

Providing civil engineering services, Underfoot Engineering is part of a local team to bring new laboratory office and commercial space to Holly Spring Business Park.

The plans call for 90,000 square feet split amongst five buildings, including three flex buildings and two laboratory offices ranging from 14,168 to 24,810 square feet in size.

“While the project is going to add life science capacity to the business park, flex space is in higher demand in the area,” says Mike Roselli, Vice President at Underfoot Engineering. “We’re excited to be a part of the design to provide these spaces for all kinds of businesses.”

Triangle Business Journal reported that the Holly Springs Business Park is a “large greenfield site entitled and tested to encourage investments and developments from companies looking for space in the Triangle.”

The new buildings will sit on 14.8 acres at 420 Green Oaks Parkway near other industrial and life science properties, including firms like Sequirus and RoviSys.

Underfoot is performing the design work for owner Skie Properties.
